Air Fryer bacon-wrapped pineapple is a unique, beautiful, and eye-catching appetizer for a festive table. Making a delicious pineapple wrapped in thin strips of bacon at home is very easy. And with the help of an air fryer, it gets cooked in 10 minutes. Delicious warm or chilled. Storage and reheating are easy peasy.

I tried this recipe using both, fresh pineapple and from a can. I’m happy to report that both work great. The juicy mouthwatering pineapple gets mildly cooked, while is sealed by a golden brown crispy bacon. There is a flavor explosion with every bite! Yum!

Ingredients:

12 pineapple slices, cut into 1-inch cubes.
12 pieces of bacon, refrigerated

How to wrap pineapple with bacon

Directions:

Prepare the pineapple. Cut it into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry.
Wrap each pineapple piece with a bacon slice and secure the end with a toothpick or two.
Arrange bacon-wrapped pineapple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400F Air fry mode for 8-10 minutes turning halfway until bacon is cooked through and crispy.

Notes

You may use a little spray oil to spritz over pineapple, but I found it is not necessary.
