Without further a do, let’s dive straight to the recipe and marinade. But before that, please check out the deliciously crisp chicken wings with garlic parmesan butter. Juicy to perfection. Yum!
1 pound of fresh chicken wings. I usually use the pre-cut wingettes. However as from the main picture you can see that I cooked the whole wings (with tails). You can do that and cut them into the wingettes once they are cooked. Easier to cut anyways.
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup BBQ sauce of choice
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced. Alternatively, you can use a teaspoon of garlic powder.
2 teaspoon Smoky Paprika chipotle. I discovered this wonderful gourmet spice and purchased it from my local TJ Maxx. I found you can get it on Amazon too.
1 cup of water.
