1Medium Butternut squashPeeled, de-seeded, and cut into a French-fry shape or 1-inch cubes
2TBSPExtra Virgin Olive oilavocado oil or spray oil
1TeaspoonGarlic powder
1TeaspoonPaprika

1/2teaspoonground cinnamonor nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Peel and cut the butternut squash in half. Scoop out and remove the seeds. Cut into desired shape (cubed or french fry).
In a medium mixing bowl, toss the squash with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper, and cinnamon.Lightly grease the air fryer basket or tray with spray oil
Place the seasoned squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Once done, remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
