Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ small onion finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese or American cheese
  • Lettuce tomato slices and thinly sliced red onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
  • Prepare the Burger Patties: In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 2-3 cloves of minced garlic, ½ small finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Form the Patties: Shape the mixture into 4 even burger patties, pressing a small indentation into the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
  • Air fry the Burgers: Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes for medium-rare or 10 minutes for medium doneness, flipping the patties halfway through the cooking time. Cook the burgers to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for well-done or adjust to your preferred level of doneness.
  • Add Cheese: During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar or American cheese on each burger and let it melt.
  • Prepare the Buns and Toppings: While the burgers cook, toast your hamburger buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes if desired. Prepare your toppings—slice lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, and get your favorite condiments ready.
  • Assemble the Burgers: Once the burgers are cooked to your liking, remove them from the air fryer. Place each patty on a toasted bun and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and your favorite sauces like mayonnaise or chipotle sauce.

Tips

Use ground beef that is at least 80% lean. Otherwise, your burgers may be too greasy.
